We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our team and serve as the key contact for our customers. The CRO will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Address Customer Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Resolve Issues: Actively listen to customer concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure that all issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the company’s CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests or escalate issues to ensure timely solutions.
- Generate Customer Insights: Identify common client concerns and provide feedback to management to improve service quality and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Proven 1 year experience in a customer service or client relations role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Require Proficiency in Hindi and English, Knowing arabic is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
