Role Purpose

The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling client communication, organizing service requests, and maintaining accurate records. The role supports daily operations by coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are scheduled, documented, and completed according to requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule field investigations, laboratory testing, and related services.
  • Maintain and update service records, reports, and client files.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and field staff to align schedules.
  • Prepare basic documentation and assist in report submissions.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing tasks and provide updates when required.
  • Support administrative functions related to client accounts, invoices, and payments.

Requirements
