- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office)
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
