About the Company

Our Nursery is a leading landscaping and plant nursery company in Dubai, offering professional irrigation and garden services across the UAE. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to handle client communications, inquiries, and service coordination for our nursery and landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person at the nursery.
  • Provide accurate information about plants, landscaping materials, and irrigation services.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate between customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments and project progress.
  • Maintain customer records and feedback logs.
  • Support marketing activities and assist with walk-in clients at the Garden Center.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office coordination (preferably in landscaping, nursery, or construction sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and Malayalam is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • UAE experience is an advantage.
