Job Purpose
Support the tyre plus operations manager in handling customer feedback. Enhance in store environment. Help attract more customers traffic.
Job Responsibilities
- answer Google My Business posts at agreed speed and frequency.
- Refer critical feedback to operations manager for handling
- contact previous customers for feedback and or reminders.
- Follow up on Google My Business KPI come on identify trends and recommend actions.
- Manage tire plus corporate programs:
- track and report corporate programs members purchases
- Engage with potential corporates to facilitate their joining
- coordinate promotional plan implementation
- prepare monthly brief for service advisors regarding all the activities of the month
- maintain tyre plus promotional calendar as per OPS manager instructions OK
- coordinate in store display
- ensure store environment is always tidy and up to standards
ensure in-store communication and branding are up to date and up to standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary, diploma
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience
