Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns politely
- Record and update customer details in the database
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of daily operations
- Maintain proper records and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Good communication skills (English, [Add other language if needed])
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
