Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns politely
  • Record and update customer details in the database
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of daily operations
  • Maintain proper records and prepare reports as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Good communication skills (English, [Add other language if needed])
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Prior experience in customer service or data entry is an advantage
  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply
