Job Description
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Pitch and present company services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the creative team to deliver customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM / reporting tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai (preferably in corporate / B2B sector).
- Experience within an media company or events is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
