Job Description

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within corporate sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Pitch and present company services to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the creative team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM / reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai (preferably in corporate / B2B sector).
  • Experience within an media company or events is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
