Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our Dubai real estate & holiday homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that showcases our services and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Create engaging photo and video content for listings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Write clear and creative captions, blogs, and scripts optimized for SEO and lead generation.
• Manage and grow company presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce reels, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated with real estate trends in Dubai and content best practices.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive (real estate background preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English & Hindi (Additional languages are a plus).
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
