Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Plan monthly content calendars for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and creative ideas to enhance online presence.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing hotel rooms, F&B outlets, events, staff stories, and guest experiences.
- Coordinate and lead in-house and external photoshoots or video shoots.
- Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand standards.
- Optimize content for reach, visibility, and conversion.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure all content follows brand identity and tone of voice.
- Monitor online reviews and support the marketing team in responding professionally.
- Collaborate with PR, Sales, F&B, and Operations for content needs and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and create monthly content performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Coordination & Leadership
- Support the Marketing Manager in campaign execution and partnerships.
- Train team members on content standards when needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and photographers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
