Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Plan monthly content calendars for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and creative ideas to enhance online presence.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content showcasing hotel rooms, F&B outlets, events, staff stories, and guest experiences.
  • Coordinate and lead in-house and external photoshoots or video shoots.
  • Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand standards.
  • Optimize content for reach, visibility, and conversion.

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Ensure all content follows brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Monitor online reviews and support the marketing team in responding professionally.
  • Collaborate with PR, Sales, F&B, and Operations for content needs and campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics and create monthly content performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Coordination & Leadership

  • Support the Marketing Manager in campaign execution and partnerships.
  • Train team members on content standards when needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and photographers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, editing, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital analytics.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
