Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly creative and modern Content Creator who can produce high-impact short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate understands trending audio, transitions, fast-paced editing, aesthetic visuals, and can turn ordinary moments into engaging, colourful, high-retention content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok)
• Capture events, site visits, team activities, and lifestyle footage
• Create colourful, engaging edits using transitions, trending audio, and high-quality colour grading
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build content strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness
• Research industry trends, topics, and social media tendencies to guide content direction
• Create supporting visuals including graphics, captions, and basic design elements
• Manage the content calendar and handle consistent posting schedules
• Monitor performance through analytics tools and refine content accordingly
• Write, edit, and proofread captions and short written content
• Stay updated on emerging trends in content creation, short-form video, and social media algorithms
• Maintain an organised library of footage, assets, templates, and project files
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and messaging
• Work with management to produce content ideas and execute them independently.

Required Skills :

• Previous experience in lifestyle, events, hospitality, fitness, branding, or personal content creation is a plus
• Strong experience in Instagram Reels & TikTok-style editing
• Excellent knowledge of CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro
• Creative eye for colour, composition, and modern aesthetics
• Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content go viral
• Ability to work quickly, deliver fast edits, and respond to trends
• Portfolio of reels and short-form videos (MANDATORY)
