Task & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and tone.
- Track, analyze, and report on video performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, conversion).
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media.
- Work independently on the entire video production process.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all media.
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
- Conceptualize and create high-quality, engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Research and stay updated on content trends, ensuring the brand’s digital presence remains innovative and relevant.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and scripts to enhance storytelling and brand engagement.
- Manage and oversee content production shoots, sourcing locations, & props.
- Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Create short-form video content (concept, filming, editing, posting) that aligns with current trends.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with trends across Social Media platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in photography and videography — must know how to handle lighting, camera settings, sound, and editing tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent pronunciation and grammar.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of content styles and formats.
- Creative, self-motivated, and aligned with luxury brand aesthetics.
- Excellent filming and editing skills, comfortable with professional cameras or high-end smartphones.
- Creative eye for beauty, lifestyle, and aesthetics.
- Highly organized and able to plan and coordinate content across multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique, on-brand ideas
Requirements:
- Must be a Dubai resident.
- Available to work on-site full time.
- Minimum1 year of experience in video editing and content creation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in digital ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
