About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage our high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and proven expertise in delivering complex construction works on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction for the high-rise building project from mobilization to completion.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Review and monitor project progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective measures when required.
• Oversee procurement schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience specifically in high-rise building construction (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and authority regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
