Full job description

• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, materials, and any obstructions.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians by providing tools, holding materials, and performing basic support tasks.
• Follow instructions and carry out assigned duties under the supervision of a foreman or senior worker.
• Help with framing, drilling, digging, painting, demolition, and other general construction activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely (after receiving proper training).
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas after use.
• Keep the site organized, clean, and safe throughout and after daily operations.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Show a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain awareness of site safety procedures.
