A company driver’s responsibilities include safely transporting personnel, clients, or goods while adhering to traffic laws, performing routine vehicle checks, planning efficient routes, maintaining accurate logs (mileage, fuel), keeping the vehicle clean, and providing excellent customer service, all while ensuring timely delivery and reporting any issues or incidents.

Core Driving & Safety

• Transport: Safely drive company vehicles (cars, vans, trucks) to deliver people or products.
• Traffic Laws: Strictly follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Route Planning: Use navigation (GPS, maps) to find the best routes, adjusting for traffic or construction.
• Accident Reporting: Promptly report any accidents, tickets, or damage to management.

Vehicle Maintenance & Care

• Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip checks (fluids, tires, brakes).
• Upkeep: Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and presentable.
• Repairs: Schedule or arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs.
