Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support our yacht company’s transportation needs. The Driver will be responsible for transporting crew, clients, and supplies to and from yachts, marinas, airports, hotels, and other designated locations. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients, crew, and guests to and from marinas, airports, hotels, and events.
• Deliver equipment, provisions, and supplies to yachts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of company vehicles at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo or luggage.
• Coordinate with operations staff for scheduling and routing.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to local traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Good knowledge of the local area, especially routes to and from marinas and airports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage or supplies (up to ~50 lbs).
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and dependable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the maritime or yacht industry.
• Basic understanding of yacht operations/logistics.
• Multilingual skills (especially if serving international clients).
