Key Responsibilities
1. Community & Member Management
- Act as the main point of contact for business community members and client accounts
- Onboard new members and ensure a smooth integration into the community
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Understand member needs and proactively connect them with relevant opportunities
2. Activities, Events & Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and support community activities such as networking events, workshops, roundtables, and meetups
- Drive participation and interaction within the community to strengthen relationships and collaboration
- Represent the community at external events and industry gatherings when required
3. Sales Support & Deal Coordination
- Support the sales process by qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating deal progress
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing community and client base
- Assist with proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and closing discussions as needed
- Ensure smooth handover and alignment between community, sales, and operations
4. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify potential partners, collaborators, and strategic opportunities within and beyond the community
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners
- Support the development of partnership initiatives that add value to the community and business
5. Account Management, Reporting & Operations
- Manage multiple accounts and relationships simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Track member interactions, leads, and deals using CRM or internal systems
- Provide regular updates and insights on community health, engagement, and commercial opportunities
- Coordinate internally to ensure member needs, activities, and deals are executed smoothly

- Independent and confident in taking ownership of day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Based in Dubai and available for full-time work
- 1–3+ years of experience in community management, client relations, account management, sales support, or business development
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, communities, or business relationships
- Comfortable working independently and meeting engagement and commercial targets
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM or tracking tools is an advantage
