Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Communications Executive to provide operational and coordination support for marketing, PR, and brand activities across a group of companies. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, events, and communication initiatives by managing workflows, coordinating with vendors, and tracking deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage production timelines, campaign schedules, and approval processes.
- Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up reports.
- Support event planning and logistics, including venue coordination and supplier management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for creative assets and communications material.
- Track and report on project progress, flagging potential risks or delays.
- Assist in content calendar management and rollout planning.
- Provide administrative and operational support for PR and brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, PR coordination, or project management.
- Experience working in multi-brand or cross-functional corporate environments is preferred.
Skills & Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
