What will I be doing?

As a Commis I – Baker at Conrad Dubai, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality baked goods that elevate the guest experience across our restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, banquet events, and café outlets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistency, freshness, and creativity in everything that leaves the bakery.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to Hilton’s quality standards
  • Working efficiently to meet production timelines
  • Supporting cost control efforts by minimizing waste and using ingredients wisely
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe working environment
