Full job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef with a strong background in Indo Chinese .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes items as per the menu.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine at a Hotel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Formal culinary training or diploma is an advantage.
  • UAE experience is a must

Salary Package:
AED 1800-2000
