Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commi 1 Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Arabic and Indian dishes and a passion for creating delicious meals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Follow recipes and instructions from the other Chef.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commi Chef or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Arabic and Indian dishes is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
