Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.)
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times
• Report production issues or defects to supervisors
