Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Enthusiastic about connecting, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with people? As a Cluster Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist the Department in managing accounts within the markets.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and official correspondence for clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information, booking details, and activity logs.
  • Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits for partners.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team and hotels to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and market analyses.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for information, and general correspondence.
  • Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate clients in the region.
  • Follow up on pending proposals, contracts, and payments to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows related to the markets.
  • Track and report monthly sales activities, revenues, and market trends.

Qualifications


Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.
  • Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
