Dubai Marine is looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic Club receptionist to join our growing team!
If you are:
- An experienced receptionist for at least 1 year working experience or freshers are also welcomed.
- Greet visitors, provide a warm welcome, and answer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage the reception area, and creating a welcoming, professional environment, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Handling administrative tasks like processing memberships, payments, and reservations.
- Be knowledgeable about the club’s facilities, services, and promotions to provide detailed information and upsell services or memberships
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer software and office equipment.
- A professional demeanour and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is often preferred, especially in a club or hospitality setting.
