Full job description

Dubai Marine is looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic Club receptionist to join our growing team!

If you are:

  • An experienced receptionist for at least 1 year working experience or freshers are also welcomed.
  • Greet visitors, provide a warm welcome, and answer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage the reception area, and creating a welcoming, professional environment, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Handling administrative tasks like processing memberships, payments, and reservations.
  • Be knowledgeable about the club’s facilities, services, and promotions to provide detailed information and upsell services or memberships

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computer software and office equipment.
  • A professional demeanour and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is often preferred, especially in a club or hospitality setting.
