We are looking for a professional and friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk service, manage appointments, and support clinic operations while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails; manage patient inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using clinic systems.
- Handle check-ins, payments, and medical record documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Provide information about treatments, services, and promotions when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reports.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service staff (experience in healthcare or aesthetics preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software (CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
