Job Description

  • Support senior client advisors in daily communication with clients.
  • Help identify additional product sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies.
  • Help plan, create and track advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor client performance and prepare performance reports.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure that their requests are handled promptly.
  • Coordinate work with internal teams (product, support, integration) to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong team player with proactive thinking.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work with MS Office. Positive attitude and high sense of responsibility.
