We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team and be the bridge between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts, understand their needs, and propose creative advertising and branding solutions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and event teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Support business development activities by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles (advertising/marketing/event industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and client-oriented personality.
