The Role
The Client Relations Manager will act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initial site visits through project completion. The role requires close coordination with the Operations Department to ensure service quality, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining relationship management, sales support, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits across Dubai to assess client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for restoration and maintenance projects
- Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide clients with updates on progress, timelines, and service delivery
- Support issue resolution and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist the Commercial Director with sales activities and client communications
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (sales, account management, hospitality, property services, or similar)
- Professional presentation and ability to engage confidently with premium clients
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Valid UAE driving license or willingness to obtain one
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Experience in luxury services, property, construction, or maintenance sectors
- Arabic language skills
- Understanding of operational workflows and on-site project coordination
