- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across designated sites.

- Prepare accurate quotations and work plans in line with company standards.
- Supervise cleaners and provide necessary guidance and training.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming of cleaning staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain records of site inspections, reports, and client feedback.
- Report any issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to management.
- Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
