Job description:

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned sites
• Ensure cleaning standards and schedules are consistently met
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and safety procedures
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prepare daily/weekly/ Monthly reports for management
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and maintain satisfaction

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision or facility management
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple sites
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Proficiency in basic reporting and documentation
