Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations In-Charge to oversee daily cleaning activities across assigned sites. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams, schedules, and client requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple locations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure cleaning teams follow company standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate staff schedules, duty rosters, and attendance management.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Handle client communication, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staffing, materials, and site conditions.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in cleaning supervision or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of soft services, cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
