Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff across assigned sites
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet INFRADEF quality and HSE standards
- Prepare duty rosters, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance
- Conduct regular site inspections and report findings
- Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE
- Train cleaning staff on procedures, safety, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with site management and report incidents or issues
- Maintain proper documentation and daily reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Cleaner Supervisor (Facilities Management background preferred)
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage manpower efficiently
- Basic reporting and coordination skills
- Experience in UAE facilities management is an advantage
