Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, storage rooms, and staff areas.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using manual or machine methods.
- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
- Ensure floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces are cleaned regularly.
- Support kitchen and service staff during operations when required.
- Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards, including HACCP guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment.
- Assist in receiving and storing supplies following cleanliness standards.
