Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards in assigned areas such as offices, accommodations, restrooms, and common spaces. The role ensures a clean and safe environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
  • Replace and replenish cleaning materials and toiletries as needed.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Handle cleaning equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and company hygiene policies.
  • Support special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning schedules as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of occupants.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the management or supervisor.
