Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping down surfaces & litter picking.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, common areas & utility rooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
- Clean and maintain floor surfaces using appropriate tools, including sweepers, mops, and buffing machines.
- Replenish consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the Facilities Supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used correctly and safely stored.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and periodic cleaning projects (e.g., window washing, carpet cleaning).
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet the quality standards set by the company and facility management.
- Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners).
- Good physical stamina to carry out cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
