Job Title: Bakery Cleaner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean bakery floors, work areas, and hallways regularly throughout the day.
  • Sanitize surfaces, tables, and equipment according to hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Remove daily waste and dispose of it in designated areas.
  • Clean staff restrooms and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Organize storage and preparation areas and ensure they are free of obstacles.
  • Assist in cleaning ovens and external equipment after use (as instructed).
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and handle cleaning materials properly.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Physical ability to stand and work for long periods.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred
