Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor oversees and manages civil construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves supervising a team of workers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

■ Supervise daily civil construction activities, including site preparation, foundation works, concrete casting, structural works, and finishing.

■ Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

■ Monitor and report progress to Project Manager and coordinate resources efficiently.

■ Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.

■ Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

■ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

■ Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

■ Identify potential issues, delays, or hazards and propose corrective actions.

■ Provide guidance, training, and motivation to on-site staff.
