Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the Chairman, managing his executive office and coordinating strategic initiatives across all directorates, departments, and subsidiaries. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex business environments while ensuring seamless execution of high-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the daily operations and task management of the Chairman’s office, ensuring alignment across all teams, units, and subsidiaries.
  • Business Oversight: Lead and support business ventures, investment initiatives, and enterprise operations to ensure profitability, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Project Coordination: Track progress of all company-wide projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are consistently met.
  • Stakeholder & Communications Management: Manage high-level internal and external communications with board members, directors, clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Corporate Assurance: Collaborate with leadership teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate market opportunities, and recommend innovative business strategies.
  • Crisis & Conflict Resolution: Proactively address challenges, manage crises, and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level priorities in fast-paced environments.
