About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with strong expertise in real estate finance, project accounting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and project accounting.
• Manage investments, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial and RERA regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong understanding of project financing and real estate compliance
• Hindi preferred; English proficiency required

Salary: Based on experience
