Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our group of companies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in corporate finance, and the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and cost optimization.

Oversee accounting, auditing, tax, and compliance functions.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive automation, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.

Mentor and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in finance.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and corporate governance.

Proven track record in strategic financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Experience in managing teams and working in a dynamic business environment.
