Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and meet guests on-site during check-in and check-out.
• Conduct property inspections before guest arrival and after check-out.
• Ensure the property is in perfect condition and ready for guests.
• Assist guests with queries, provide local information, and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per guest schedules.
• Valid Automatic UAE driving license (preferred).
