We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at all times. The role requires strict adherence to security protocols, accurate incident reporting, and close coordination with management and security teams to maintain a safe hospitality environment.

Key Requirements

• Valid CCTV Operator License (mandatory)
• Previous experience in the UAE hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, leisure facilities, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations and procedures
• Excellent observation and monitoring skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Experience with modern surveillance and CCTV systems
• Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
