A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property
- Observe, identify, and report any unusual or suspicious activity in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and control room records
- Support security investigations by preserving footage and providing clear information
- Report system faults or equipment issues and follow up until resolved
- Coordinate closely with the Security team and supervisors during daily operations and emergencies
- Ensure all CCTV monitoring follows hotel policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards
What We need from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in security, CCTV operations, or a related field
- High school or vocational qualification
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures, local laws, and emergency response
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication skills and a responsible, professional attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
