Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets. The role involves continuous surveillance, reporting suspicious activities, and coordinating with the security team for prompt action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
• Maintain logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Respond quickly to alarms or emergencies and coordinate with the security/supervisor team.
• Safeguard video evidence and ensure proper storage and retrieval when required.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly.
• Comply with company policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assist in investigations by providing accurate footage when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, security procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to stay alert and focused during long monitoring hours.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physically fit and available to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
