We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to expand our client base, increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all events and services related to catering.
Responsabilities:
- Act as a liaison between the catering team and clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage the catering sales process from beginning to end, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Collaborate with other departments such as culinary and operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote catering services.
- Keep detailed records and reports of sales and marketing efforts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to maintain visibility and establish new contacts.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Catering Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or relevant field
