Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for handling in-store transactions and managing online orders through food delivery aggregators. The role requires accuracy, speed, customer service excellence, and strong familiarity with platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, Careem, and other aggregators to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders and payments (cash, card, online).
  • Manage and monitor aggregator platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon Food, etc.).
  • Accept, confirm, and prepare online orders in coordination with kitchen staff.
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and delays professionally.
  • Ensure correct pricing, promotions, and menu items are updated on aggregator systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to in-store and online orders.
  • Coordinate with delivery riders and aggregator support teams when needed.
  • Maintain cash register balance and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Support branch operations during peak hours and assist team members as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a restaurant or F&B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with food delivery aggregators (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management tools.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high order volumes.
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
