Sweet Greens is looking for a friendly and reliable team member who can handle multiple front-of-house responsibilities. This role includes greeting guests, managing seating, taking orders, operating the POS system, processing payments, serving food, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage reservations or walk-ins
• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu guidance
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments
• Serve food and maintain clean dining and service areas
• Provide fast, polite, and professional customer service
• Support daily operations to ensure an excellent guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be based in UAE and available to join immediately
