Job Description:
B2B Supermarket is looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a smooth checkout process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and other payment transactions.
- Process customer purchases quickly and accurately.
- Ensure the accuracy of prices, discounts, and product scanning.
- Balance the cash register and generate sales reports.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or exchanges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
- Monitor stock levels at the counter and report shortages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
