Job Description:
B2B Supermarket is looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a smooth checkout process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and other payment transactions.
  • Process customer purchases quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure the accuracy of prices, discounts, and product scanning.
  • Balance the cash register and generate sales reports.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or exchanges.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
  • Monitor stock levels at the counter and report shortages.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
