Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Accurate Processing of Branch Orders to Production Department using our SYSTEM
- Processing of Wastage Reports
- Handle cash, card, and digital wallet transactions (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.).
- Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper cash drawer balancing at shift start and end.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Coordinate with serving/kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter and customer waiting area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE consumer protection standards.
- Report any discrepancies, system issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Upsell menu items or promotions when applicable.
Requirements: Education & Experience
- Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience using modern POS systems
Skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Customer-service driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
Other Requirements
- Must be currently in the UAE.
- Must have valid UAE work eligibility (employment visa, spouse visa, or visit visa with willingness to transfer).
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
- Professional appearance and hygiene standards (F&B environments require this).
