  • Handling Point of sale system (POS) for sales transactions, sales adjustments, and payments through accurate and efficient operation.
  • Processing of all sales transaction in conformity with prescribed sales application, keying sequence, documentation and POS security measures.
  • Receiving of tender by cash, credit cards and voucher in compliance with prescribed policies and work procedures along with physical check of item.
  • Calling and informing customer that their Kandoora is finished.
  • Monitoring delivery date of Kandoora to finish on time.
  • Handling of stocks inventory.
  • Preparing and sending reports (Cash collection, Accounts receivables, and Customers discounts) through email.
  • Greet and assist customer in a professional and friendly manner inside the premises.
  • All phone calls are answered professionally and courteously
  • Assist the customer and answering calls in any customer’s concern.
  • Resolve customer complaints; guide them and provide relevant information
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier in UAE
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Expertise in POS
  • Honesty towards work
  • Friendly and polite nature
  • Inbuilt intention to care and help other
  • Empathy towards others
