Ten Markets is a busy retail/hypermarket in Al Ain focused on excellent customer service and smooth in-store operations. We’re hiring reliable, friendly Cashiers to join our front-line team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the POS/cash register accurately.
• Accept cash, card and mobile payments; give correct change and issue receipts.
• Scan items, apply discounts/promotions and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
• Balance cash drawer at the start/end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with bagging.
• Provide fast, courteous customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
• Follow store procedures for refunds, voids and suspicious transactions; escalate when necessary.
• Support store team with opening/closing and occasional stock or floor duties.

Must-have qualifications

• Previous cashier or retail checkout experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong customer service skills may be considered).
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash accurately.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly attitude.
• Honest, punctual and able to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
